Trust Centre
Standards we put in writing.
Everything you need to judge us fairly: our seven commitments, how fees work, what we do and do not do, and how we protect your information.
Our commitments
Seven standards every client can hold us to.
We talk less, and we deliver more. These standards apply to every consultation, training programme and partnership.
Truth
We never make claims about our experience, clients, results or credentials that we cannot verify.
Clear prices
Scope, fees and payment terms are written down before work begins. There are no hidden fees.
No false guarantees
We guarantee our process, never outcomes outside our control, such as loan approvals or tax-authority decisions.
Confidentiality
Information about your organisation is never given to third parties unless the law requires it or you direct us. Access is limited to the people working on your engagement, and we take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss or unauthorised access.
Regulated boundaries
Where regulated investment advice, statutory audit or clinical counselling is required, we partner with our affiliate licensed professional practitioners to serve you.
Your right to decide
No pressure tactics. You may say no, and we will respect it.
Accountability
A named person is responsible for every piece of work we send you.
How fees work
Fixed, written down, and agreed before work begins.
You will always know the exact fee before you decide.
- Fees are fixed and agreed in writing before work begins.
- Scope, fees and payment terms are written down. There are no hidden fees.
- Once we understand your situation and have the evidence, you receive clear options (Essential, Recommended and Complete), each with its outcomes and a fixed fee.
- The Finance Office runs at a fixed monthly fee for the level you choose.
- Every year there is a planning session and an open review of fees.
- We do not publish prices, because every engagement is scoped to what you actually need.
Regulated boundaries
What we do, and what we do not do.
Some work is regulated by law. We are clear about where our work stops, and who we bring in when you need more.
Stock verification
- What we do
- Independent stock counts, with a review of your internal controls.
- What we do not do
- Statutory audits. Where one is required, we partner with our affiliate licensed professional practitioners.
Counselling
- What we do
- Structured decision support for career, business and financial decisions.
- What we do not do
- Therapy or psychological treatment. Where clinical support is needed, we refer you to licensed practitioners.
Money matters
- What we do
- Financial education: budgeting, savings planning and investment education.
- What we do not do
- Regulated investment advice. Where it is required, we partner with our affiliate licensed professional practitioners.
Outcomes
- What we do
- A guarantee of our process.
- What we do not do
- Guarantees of outcomes outside our control, such as loan approvals or tax-authority decisions.

Questions
Questions about trust
Questions and answers
Why do you not publish prices?
Because every engagement is scoped individually, built around what you actually need. You always receive the scope and a fixed fee in writing before any work begins, with no hidden fees.
Can I say no after the first conversation?
Yes. The first conversation carries no obligation, and there are no pressure tactics. You may say no at any stage, and we will respect it.
Who is responsible for my work?
A named person is responsible for every piece of work we send you.
How can we judge whether to trust you?
You do not have to take our word for it. Our method is published on this website, our standards are written down in this Trust Centre, and every fee is fixed and agreed in writing before work begins. You can start small, with a 45-minute conversation that carries no obligation, and decide what comes next once you have seen how we work.
