Questions
Questions about the Finance Office
Questions and answers
How much does the Finance Office cost?
We do not publish fees, because they depend on the level you choose and the size of your books. The fee is a fixed monthly amount, agreed in writing before work begins, with no hidden fees.
Which tax filings are included?
At the Essential level we handle your monthly VAT, PAYE and withholding tax filings, and give you a tax calendar, so deadlines are known and handled before they arrive.
What is the Monthly Clarity Report?
One page every month: three traffic lights for Compliance, Cash and Profit; the five numbers that matter; what changed and why; next month’s deadlines; and three recommended actions, each with an owner.
Can we start with a review first?
Yes. You can start with the 5P Business Health Diagnostic, a paid, two-week review that shows where you stand and what to do first.
Can we keep our current accountant?
Yes. You can keep your accountant and use us for a diagnostic, a second opinion or monthly insight.
Our books are behind. Is that a problem?
No. We start by finding out where you stand, then agree a plan to bring your books up to date.
Is our business too small for you?
Size alone is not a problem. The Finance Office has an Essential level for the monthly basics, and a one-off consultation can answer a single question. If we are not the right fit, we will say so in the first conversation.
A relative keeps our books. Do we have to replace them?
No. We can work alongside them: we review the records and the tax treatment, and we can train them in the checks we use. You decide how much you hand over.
